Your provided pic is not really a closeup of the mirror itself, but that does look like a 72 DG4 and are NOT what the op was chasing in this WTB thread. Even though the mirrors carry the same RPO number there was a design change for the 72 model year, to maybe help clear it up have a look at our below 72 DG4 mirror pics for confirming your own mirrors, you can also check your glove box spid (last pic) for the RPO DG4 below eyeline mirror callout.
