The 3 66 LWBs i had, have had the body color firewalls. One is from St Louis and 2 from Flint. One from Flint had a green 327. Other 2 had 6xrs.

Mike, do you have any factory literature showing that the 327's were green? I know they were and still have my original green valve covers with the "High Torque 327" decal. But I'm sure I'll have a hard time trying to convince people at shows that the motor is supposed to be green. When I was showing my '65, people used to tell me that I did a great job on the restoration, but the 283 was supposed to be orange, not gray!
