4 link or IFS would start to impinge on the essence of that truck. I'd keep what you got. Unless you drive it and don't like something.

I totally agree. Finish and drive it.
If you do need a sway bar that will work, you can use one of these. It's what I had to do since my 8.8 rear axle is offset. I mounted it on top of the frame, just under the bed wood.
