Stabilizers are for off-road. They will do nothing for regular street use unless you like bouncing your truck off curbs and you don't want broken fingers. They do nothing to improve handling or stability.
Having said that, I do have a single stabilizer on my Blazer, but it's there strictly for aesthetics.
