This is the black 4x4 SM465 single bend shifter that came with my truck. It's nice and tight and works just fine, I just replaced it with the correct 2wd version for my truck. It includes the knob with jam nut and two rubber boots and one metal ring to attach to the floor. One of the boots fits on a flat floor and the other one (with the ring) is angled to fit on an angled floor. Both boots have a split in the bellows.

The black paint has worn at the top where it's been grabbed for the last 40 years and the sides of the knob are worn smooth, but everything is here.

$65 shipped in CONUS.
