I hope you punched him square in the face, knocking him down. Oh wait, it isn't 1940's America anymore.

My dad broke my grill that way (back when he owned the truck) so he traded (stole) my brother's grill from his 1971. My brother never noticed. This would have been about 1988.

Although the "egg crate" grills look nice, they are weak as can be. The earlier 1967 to 1968 grills were much better, IMO.
