I have a reduced diameter Deluxe steering wheel that I did last year. I ended up not using it (a C10 purchase fell through). It's 14" in diameter with a very nice horn ring and center cap assembly. It's currently painted white, so it can be repainted a different color easily. If interested, $600, plus the ride.
