Start by checking the temp sending unit on the intake manifold. If that's off, the ECM will not know how much fuel to send in. Specs are here:

TPS could be it but you'll need a scan tool to see the voltage.
Your best bet is to get a scan tool that you can see the data the ECM is seeing. Something is not sending the correct data to the ECM.
