Suggestions, nothing set in stone here but we do these in my shop all the time. Sensors can swap if they were working. Don't forget intake manifold gaskets, front cover gasket, oil pan gasket, plug wires, air filter, oil cooler block off gasket, valve cover gaskets, throttle body gasket, valley gasket, exhaust manifold gaskets and studs/hardware. Add water pump, idler and tensioner for insurance. If not installed in the long block: oil pressure switch screen. Technically you should also replace the VLOM (lifter solenoid assembly) but that's a fair gamble to take. Clean the MAF. Check the intake really well. PM me if you have questions.
