I hope that it works out for you. It's frustrating to have to jump through hoops for something that you bought and paid for just to get it to work.
I bought a battery for my Cadillac. It was the wrong one and the company said that they would refund my money but I had to ship it back at my expense. This thing weighed like 20 pounds. My buddy knew a guy at NAPA and got me an exchange.
I hope they aren't going to pull that on you.
