My logging buddy bought a baby blue Dodge like the light green one, only lwb 3/4 ton. It had a 318 and 4 speed, and it started burning oil pretty bad after not too long. That was a shame since it was
stout - a lot better than the F-150 360/automatic that he had before. (he had a couple different early 70's Fords almost alike but for color, and totally used up both of them)
There was one or two local folks that wanted some cut up firewood which I normally didn't sell (just 20' logs). We rigged up some tall sideboards and took them a good load on his dodge since all I had was my log truck, a swb pickup, and the "nice" 71 with the the little camper.
