Its a promo-package white Highlander with a blue plaid interior and a single wall top. Those SPIDs that list "Highlander Plaid" had that trim ordered separately and likely account for those in the first half of the MY. The promo bundled options at a savings to the buyer over purchasing those options individually and was on offer later in the MY.
