Here is my truck with the exact same drop and exact same wheels you mentioned. I just got tires on it two weeks ago. These are 255/70-15. If I'd have gone another inch in drop all the way around the 60 series might be OK.

I have a fifth rally wheel that I have primed and plan on painting solid black to use as a spare.
