The company I bought mine from is no longer in business. I think I paid $43 for my spacer plate when I bought it.. Here a some and there are others with many different prices. Do some more searching.

Thanks for the information. I have mocked this up with a spare engine & bellhousing & believe I only need to take .200-.250 off the input shaft and maybe an inch off the bearing retainer. I'll probably go that route because most of those spacers seem like a lot of money just to avoid a little trimming.
In your first post you say it fits the SM465 bellhousing don't you mean SM420.
