Final confirmation on this today, when I got the RMA set up. The gentleman I talked with confirmed that these senders are NOT made in house, but purchased from an outside supplier.
It seems increasingly likely that
Standard Motor Parts (or whoever they contract to) is the only manufacturer left for these senders.
