Koni doesn't list a 53 truck and some of the listings that the Gabrial page above show don't work on the Koni page.
Rancho is a waste of time
KYB doesn't show much either.
They most likely have something on the line of what you are/were thinking of but you will have to get into the size charts and using the info from the Monroe page start hunting.
