microphone inop
Good day. Just purchased a 2017 Silverado Z71 2LTZ crewcab. Nice upgrade from my 05 with 330k on the clock. Over the past couple weeks of ownership noticed a few things while personalizing it to me. Figured I'd drop in for some advise.
First off the Mic doesn't work for calls, Android auto or voice prompts. Think its just a bad mic. Have ordered a replacement.
Secondly there is the Vehicle settings menu in the radio that is grayed out. When tapping it to enter the menu screen comes up and says "Vehicle must be turned on" then resets to main menu. A little weird but was looking if anyone had some insight on the menu issue. Don't want to take it to the dealership for something that's simple.
Everything else works.
