You can dial it in by finding out the local barometric pressure from your local airport, and setting that to your actual altitude. In the US, Barometric Pressure is calibrated in Inches of Mercury. 29.92'' [Hg] is standard barometric pressure at Sea Level.
If you set it at 29.92'' you will read your ''Altitude'' above Sea Level. What is Prescott's elevation?
Yep, I set at what I know is the USGS elevation, then I know what the pressure is today.

I should quit goofing off. A friend who can help me found this thread about cig lighter wiring.
