[too much stuff]

Long story short, he responded to a WTB ad I had awhile back. Sent pics of what I was looking for and we agreed on a price. Wait, wait, wait. All of a sudden he doesn't have those parts. Has a couple other parts he can substitute however. Wait, wait, wait. Finally file with paypal and my parts show up 1 day before the claim would favor me.

Couple months later he contacts me with a couple of parts he knew I was looking for. I said I would take them at his price knowing everything I know. Told him to ship the parts and I would paypal as soon as I got them. He even responded saying he still had my address to ship to. That was dec 16th. At least a dozen emails and PMs with not 1 response since.
At least I am not out anything, but we don't need people dealing like that here...
