I am going to send it to White Post Restorations and let them go through it and supposedly they are going to send it back to me in beautiful condition with lifetime warranty.

Thanks 68 P.O.S. and Steeveedee. I wanted to know if I was sending them something completely weird that they would not want to work on, but your answers gave me confidence there's nothing out of the ordinary with this valve so I expect they should be able to rebuild it.
