I am running LT245/75R16E on my 78 C20 and LT215/85R16E on my 79 C3500 (GMC)
The 78 originally came with 9.50-16.5 which are very difficult to find these days, I got a set of rims off a 1986 K30 which came with LT235/85R16. The LT245/75R16 is very close to the same diameter as the original 9.50-16.5 as is the 215/85R16 on the Dually.
On a Dually I would recommend either the LT215/85R16E or the slightly larger LT235/85R16E
