Gaining serious traction today. I bought a Miller Multimatic 215 to learn to weld for this project. Hadn’t tried it out yet so no time like the present! Fired it up and finished the patch on the passenger side of the radiator support. Not pretty and had a fair amount of grinding to do, but got good penetration judging from the back side. Practice makes perfect and I have a LOT of patches to do!
