A couple of thoughts on this product. All of your bolt heads would be proud of the surface as I don't see enough material to counter sink the heads.
I have concerns about how corrosion resistant the center honeycomb is. It will be exposed to the outside weather.
I dont expect that it is going to hold up to hauling things like engine blocks around, but not everyone does that.
And you would have to come up with a plan to deal with not being able to make the tongue and groove joint for the small piece on the front passenger side.
Just some concerns to consider before going forward.
