Re: 71 K20 Idaho Edition

So I guess it would be a good time to get caught up on what I have been working on over the last few weeks. I have been working on a few other projects including the Idaho Edition truck. A few months back I bought two trucks from the same seller here locally. One truck was a 70 K10 and the other was a 72 CST C20 parts truck with really good sheet metal.

The 70 K10 truck is actually a pretty solid truck with no rust but had a motor that was toast. So I decided to get a motor ready for the truck so I could drive it while repairing a few small items on the truck before I put it up for sale.

The additional repairs on this truck will be fixing a dent on the passenger door and respraying it, fix the clear coat where it is peeling and do some general maintenance.

Here are a few projects from that truck.
Pict 1 Truck at the P.O. house the day I went over to look at it
Pict 2 Truck at my friends place after we hauled to his property
Pict 3 Truck for parts that is rust free
Pict 4 Truck at my friends place after he pulled the motor and stripped the good parts needed for motor redo
Pict 5 Motor ready to go into the 70 K10 after lots of tedious work
