SO learned a few lessons from the headlight install:

New parts suck
Don't have new parts powdercoated assuming they will fit
J.W SPeaker lights are expensive.

I struggled for 2 days with the lights. I did have to open up the holes in the back buckets for them, but the main issue was with the adjusting bucket itself.

The tabs on the bucket that "align" the headlight in just didnt fit no matter what I did. Obviously made worse is the fact that the new LED bulbs are shaped a little different than the factory halogens.

Took my old grill apart to get the factory buckets, chopped the backs off them, sandblasted, painted and everything fits perfect. :shrugs:
