based on what I'm seeing - it's fixable. Will it be cheap or quick - no.

Rear Quarters, cargo floor, wheel tubs, etc. will add up.

As noted, if the top hasn't been removed in some time - everything should be lined up and with proper bracing - could be restored with the aftermarket blazer panels that are available now.

there is a LOT more available now for these trucks - even 5 years ago.

I'm rebuilding one now that has the entire back half replaced - took me longer to remove the old bent/rusted stuff than to install the new...
