[Rust_never_sleeps]

I was always told to prep(power wash) and apply bonding compound("concrete bonding adhesive") before laying any masonry products on existing concrete.
There might be stuff built into the coatings that provides the same function, but I think I'd put the extra steps in before I layed that stuff down.
