Post Kenny's Trucks

I went to Tulsa last weekend to move my brother there and dropped in on Kenny's Trucks on Saturday morning. I didn't get to meet Kenny since he was away at a swap meet, but his sister was holding down the fort. She is very helpful and nice. Kenny keeps lots of good stuff in stock and it looks like he deals in qualtiy parts. I bought a couple of 67-72 side-mirror gaskets, a gas tank filler neck grommet, and an owner's manual for my '67. On the way out the door I noticed a rusty (but straight) GMC stepside tailgate leaning against the wall and asked if it was for sale. She said that someone had dropped it off instead of throwing it away and that I could have it! It was just the tailgate I've been looking for to put on my '72 GMC longstep. Anything nicer wouldn't look right! But don't tell Kenny; he doesn't know she just gave it to me...LOL.

Give Kenny shout if you're driving through Tulsa. They're about to get a new store on I-44 and will be much more accessible then, too. He also shows up to swap meets all over the country (he has a listing on his website).
