I was just reading my latest issue club magazine, Double Clutch, that the club's events insurance are canceling on expiration date. They worked quickly to get a new carrier although at nearly double the rate.
They also mention other clubs to check with their insurance companies so not to get blindsided. Most shows are for good cause, and we all need to keep the hobby/disease going to encourage others, definitely one increase I won't mine paying,..the gas prices...well you all know that's another hot pile of horse chit.
