IMHO, the 750-800 cfm 4 barell carb will show you way more  I ran a 500 cfm Holley 2 barrel on my 383.....good tork, but done running @5500. The 3310, 750 would wing that little boich to 6500+ . You will have better tork & fuel economy with a 4 brl carb. Longhorn
