You will have to shorten the fill neck and use a non-vented cap.
I ran the vent hose up under the right rear fender and connected it to a fluid separator, the round cannister laying on the bumper in the photo below.
also note the Nova flip license plate bracket.

It looks as though you had to change the crossmember is that the case?
