Re: 67-72 Frame ID? ( 1/2 ton, 2WD)
I went the opposite 70 truck put a 68 frame under it. The only difference I found was the radiator support brackets are flush with the top of the frame on your 72. The 67 will be lower then the top of the frame. I had to make sure there was a dimple in the frame for the steering box . You won't have to worry about that using the newer frame. That is all I found cab mounts might be different on a 10 and 20 frame. Mine were both 1/2 ton and were the same. I looked I don't have a pic available of the front of the frame figures.
