You had better patent that bracket. You just came up with the simple solution to an issue that had bugged hundreds if not thousands of guys.
I'm thinking that those switches are standard issue reverse light switches on heavy duty 4 or five speed truck transmissions.
Looking up my 77 Dualie the switch is similar but has two spade terminals rather than screw https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/...mp+switch,4240
