I'm working oin the same issue with my fuzzies. When I finally decided that I wasn't going to get them in all the way, the clips that I did get in, were almost impossible to get back out. This set of fuzzies is a mess. I spent a couple of days getting the inside ridge where the clips go reworked and readjusted the crank and wheels a little. I now have the windows going up and down with no restrictions and staying centered in the channel. Now I need to get another set of fuzzies and try to get them in. I agree that this is one of the most difficult jobs I've done on Sanity.
