Yeah, a vicious cycle. buy a good original used part and it's brittle or buy new replacement with fresh new plastic but inferior quality. I guess I'll try another fan switch until I can find a rare '95-only HVAC control panel with good clips w/o rear window defogger. Shew! That almost took a whole line to type. Won't be easy.
