I sealed the seams with 3M brushable sealer and then painted the lower cowl. After some thoughts about it I decided to use Eastwood Extreme Chassis Satin Black. It works well with the Platinum Encapsulator and dries to a tough finish. I predicted the inner cowl to the best I could so hopefully Monday I will get it welded into place.
