The linked item should work perfect for a 30 second delay of your headlights. It's a rather powerful little item. I used one in designing a 12v school bell system, but have not used it on a truck yet.

Even though it's labeled for 10 amps, I wouldn't run the headlights through it directly. Instead, wire it up to control a relay.
