Well, guys, Igot it in. Runs Awesome. Come to find out that the reason it was missing above 3k was one of the little hooks that holds the cap on was off so the cap would wobble and miss. Oh, well, i guess I never noticed that before. anyway, I am happywith the HEI, thanks for the help.
