I think what Kinsolver72 just posted is probably what you want. I can't read the casting number. Not sure how serious you are about originality.
I have a pair, but numbers are not even close to what you posted.
Also, I MAY decide to use one of them. Just can't make up my mind right now.
Mine are 386711 and 14081238. The 386711 was commonly used on Corvettes in 1971 & 1972.
They have provisions for smog tubes, but the holes are plugged with metal plugs.
