Regarding your question about qa1 or Hotchkis, you don't mention any part numbers and the pictures are two very different setups. Maybe let us know which specific kits/functionally/budget you are looking at, and we can weigh in.

I can say that I have the qa1 coilover front end, without the subframe and rack and pinion in the picture you shared, with sway bar, disc brakes, and drop spindles. It works great for what I wanted. I don't think the rear end setup they offer is worth the cost. I'd look at no limit for a rear coilover setup.

The Hotchkis pictured looks to use the factory shock and spring locations, it may or may not have the steering geometry improvements of the Qa1.
