Ive only gone through one tank but that tank got over 14 mpg. Not only that I discovered my carb is leaking pretty bad and the ps jet isnt squirting worth a piss so after a rebuild and tune it might get 15/16??? I definitely want some form of OD. What sucks is my rear axle is way too high for it (2.80) ill have to also swap the pumpkin for something in the 3.30ish range or whatever is close to that that came in these cars. Actually with such a high gear it just humms down the highway at 65.... Doesnt even feel like it needs another gear. I need to get a tach in it and see what its turning... OD might actually be pointless.... But it would be nice to have steeper gears for spirited take offs and od for cruising.. I cant even do a burnout without wet pavement right now... I put a 700r in my c10 back in 2002 and I love it.
