I could do that as a fallback if I'm not able to find the parts, but I would really just like to have one key that I can use for all my vehicles and eventually for my trailers and tool boxes.
I don't plan to ever sell any of these vehicles, but if I do I could pull the lock cylinders and install them into a replacement vehicle to keep the matching key set up
