It is a bolt on.

I have another complete set of brackets that has a pump with press on pulley(same PN 354324AB as yours). I have never had it on an engine so I don't know if it lines up.

I also have another press on DOUBLE pulley, that when I hold it up to the single like yours, seems like it would put the 2nd groove a full groove closer to the engine. Not sure PN. I think I got it in a batch off this message board, but can't find where.

My working setup is double groove alternator with PS belt on outer groove.
