Hello,
Thanks for the info. The truck I'm looking at is either a 3803 cab/chassis or a 3809 @ 9600lbs GVW as those are the only two with that max GVW! The 1983 measures 65" center to center on the front tread, and the 1959 dimensions are called out as 61.08" front tread with duals, but that dim seems to be the inside of the tread, not the center of the tread. The tire size listed is 8-19.5-6 for max GVW, I think the "6" is the ply and the 19.5 is the wheel size. Please correct me if I'm wrong as the old tire sizes are some what confusing sometimes as I don't mess with those. I'm thinking it will work. The frame rails measure out as 34" on both it looks like.
