68 Original Paint Codes

Just about to the sanding and painting point... Does anyone have a color guide for what the 68 paint options were? I think it was SSTIM that I saw post it at one point? Cant find it...

Edit: When I look again at the chips the list does not look complete. There is info on the other printed pages however.
