seat belt removal

hello. just picked up a 91 silverado.
no speakers in dash or on the sides. can someone tell me how to remove the seat belt part thats on the pillar. i have 2 speakers handy so i want to throw them in the pillars first and then ill put some in dash.

Pop off cover, big Torx bit to take bolt out?
