Jack Stowage Hardware Finish

Can anyone tell me how the jack stowage hardware was finished from factory? Was the the spring to hold the kit and screw that holes it in, visible from the passenger door jam, painted with the truck, galvanized, black oxide, etc. Also
need the finish on the spring and bracket that holds the jack. Thanks
