This shifter has never been installed. It is a lokar brand 16" automatic floor shifter that bolts on to your TH400 with out modification.$140 shipped

Also available is a TH400 transmission(and torque converter out of a 72 Cheyenne $225 plus the ride.
TH400 crossmember out of a 72 cheyenne big block truck. $55 shipped

No. it is a couple years of dust from sitting in the back of a 72 suburban project. This has never been installed

Any idea if it would work with a bench seat? I think the height is good, but have no idea where the stick would be positioned in relation to my bench.

Did some more reading online. Looks like the positioning is pretty flexible with the adjustments built in. I'll take it if it gets to me.

I think this will work with a bench seat because it is adjustable. The following is from Lokar's website. I will call Lokar in the morning to confirm.

There are multiple spots on the main plate to mount this,and they make an additional bracket you can purchase seperately that allows you to mount it all the way forward on the main plate

Just to clarify. This does not come with the boot,and trim ring as they are sold new without them and i never got one for it.

The model numbers are different for the TH400 and TH350,so i would say for certain it only works on the TH400
