72to67 4x4

My project i got ahold of a 67lwb Chevy or GMC I have not decided yet (picked up one of each) then went out and picked up a 72lwb 4x4 chassis. The 4x4 has a turbo 350, np205 transfer case, 12 bolt posi and front disc brakes for the good stuff now for the bad it only has 3.07 gears. One of the 67's that I picked up has a 283 in and I hope to run that in the 4x4. I think I will run the 3.07 gears for a while to see if it will do the work I want it to do. I just plan on pulling a 17 foot fiberglass boat 130 miles twice a year and take me hunting for deer and birds oh and I guess it will have to take me to work also.Name: 67trucks 018.jpg
