Identify this bracket

I pick up my swb chassis for my project yesterday and there are brackets where the trailing arms mount to the rear end that I have never seen before. The have rubber bumpers on them like they were some sort of suspension stop. Anyone know what they are?

Question Re: Identify this bracket

The truck had the over load spring on it at some point. The spring was a single leaf that mounted toward the rear of the frame and the other end would float above the rubber stopper until either loaded are a bad bump.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

Re: Identify this bracket

Thanks guys! I have seen the overload spring in one recently but never looked to see where it contacted the trailing arm, now I wish I had the rest of it! lol

The wheels are awesome right!? I needed to get the chassis home from central Florida, but I didn't have 6 lug wheels (i am converting to 5 lug) so I made some plywood discs. Only $22 in them!

Never ceases to amaze me! Gotta do what you have to do, though. I never would have though of it.
